Mycroft is a private assistant used only by Arbi Haddad. It connects to one Google account, mycrofthaddad@gmail.com, through the Gmail API.
Email in that mailbox: reading messages, sending messages and organising them. No other Google account and no other Google data.
Only to run Arbi Haddad's own correspondence and to notify him of important messages. The data is not sold, shared, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
Access tokens and working copies are kept on a private server that only Arbi Haddad controls. Nothing is kept longer than needed.
Mycroft's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
